In light of recent events involving rideshare drivers being attacked for their earnings and cars stolen, we are reminded of the importance of safety. As such, we are reiterating a NEW feature called Profile Verification, requiring all users to upload a clear image of themselves to their profiles. This measure will help ensure transparency and foster trust within our community, contributing to a safer experience for everyone.
To complete the profile verification process, please follow these steps in the app:
- Click the three bars in the top left corner.
- Click the arrow in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and click on “Profile Verification.”
- Upload a selfie image along with one of your identification documents.
Please note that your identification options include your ID card, driver’s permit, or passport. We understand that privacy is important, and we assure you that your information will be handled with the utmost care and security. Your image will solely be used for identification and authentication purposes by the office, enhancing the security of our platform.
