Profile Verification
Verifying your profile on our rideshare app is a quick and essential step to ensure a secure and trustworthy experience for everyone in the community. By completing your profile verification, you help us confirm your identity, protect against fraud, and maintain the highest safety standards for both riders and drivers. Verified profiles also enjoy faster onboarding, access to exclusive features, and increased trust from other users.
To complete the profile verification process, please follow these steps in app:
- Click the three bars in the top left corner.
- Click the arrow in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and click on "Profile Verification."
- Upload a selfie image along with the front of your id to match the image.
- We understand that privacy is important.
- Your image will solely be used for identification and authentication purposes by the office, enhancing the security of our platform
Fraud Protection For Debit/Credit Card
Are You Concerned About Who Has Access To Your Card Details?
DeliverMe TT is also concerned about the protection and safety of debit / credit card holders’ details from fraudsters. This is why we have upgraded to 3DS2 to ensure only the card holders authorizes a card trip via OTP (One Time Passcode
- If card was unaccepted in wallet, alternatively you can At the Map screen change the Cash option and select “Pay Via Card” to request a ride. At the the end of the trip select pay via card. A form will appear for user to enter your card and name details to process the transaction
- Ride safe knowing DeliverMe TT has all your online transactions encrypted and secured.
- Via Your Wallet complete the card registration.
- An OTP code will be sent via SMS to the registered card holder’s mobile number. Enter the code to give authorization.
DeliverMe TT Waiting Fee Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient ride experience, DeliverMe TT offers a 3-minute grace period for all ride bookings. After this grace period, a waiting fee of $1 per minute will apply. Riders are encouraged to request a ride only when fully ready to depart to avoid unnecessary charges. Drivers will notify riders via the app or phone call when they are en route, and the app will display real-time updates, including the estimated arrival time (ETA) and driver’s live location. This policy helps us keep rides timely and fair for both riders and drivers across Trinidad.
How do I book a taxi with DeliverMe TT?
Open the DeliverMe TT app on Android or IOS. Tap “Where to?” to enter your destination. The app automatically detects your current location. If this is not the location, edit and enter the pickup location. Choose your preferred car type, and view the fare estimate will be displayed based on the expected time and distance. Please note that the final price may vary depending on traffic delays or the route chosen by your driver. It’s quick, easy, and designed to get you moving smoothly across Trinidad & Tobago.

Our app supports multiple bookings, whether for personal errands or business needs. Choose your preferred payment method—cash or card—at checkout. Once your booking is confirmed and a driver is assigned, you’ll see their photo, name, contact, and vehicle details under the “Schedule” menu for full transparency.
